Why you should get to 10-12% bodyfat (men only)
Like the old adidas commercial, "Impossible is nothing"

I am sure everybody is familiar with the term "skinny fat". It describes a person who despite having a normal BMI looks puffy because of the lack of FFM(fat free mass). Or a different way of putting it is people who look slim in clothes but puffy when they take them off.

First of all i want to make it clear that what i will describe here will probably sound a bit uncomfortable. How dare you i recommend you, a man, to try to look better?

If you, like me, have lived in a "civilized" country than you might have heard the saying that a man does not need to look good, it is more important for him to provide and protect, to be responsible, and other bullshit like that.

Well if you want to attract a women who will only stay with you for the provider trait than so be it, you can be fat, let yourself go, never enter a gym. But if you are like me then you will not enjoy the situation I described above.

What i recommend is getting to between 10-12% bodyfat. The main objective is to have a lean face, to highlight your jawline. Because here is the thing, 90% of men would look at least 2x better if the got to this 10-12% bf. And women will notice.

But I can write essays and will not be able to convince you unless I show you some pictures first.
